TRF app is a standalone iPad app designed by one tattoo artist and two computer engineers to handle all aspects of tattoo client legal waivers/release forms. Thousands of artists and studios continually share feedback to improve TRF.

TRF is a fully customizable app catering to operations of any size, from single tattooers to mega-studio franchises. The app can be scaled up or down from within TRF in moments.

 

TRF App Flows

TRF app is designed for six different types of users, each with specific needs. TRF groups the needs of each user into sequences of screens we call ‘flows.’ Flows give access where needed while limiting the TRF learning curve for all. Each user learns their flows without needing to master the rest of the app.

The eight flows are:

  • TRF App Initial Setup Flow
  • Main Menu Flow
  • New Client Flow
  • Artist Notes Pane Flow
  • Save for Later Flow
  • Returning Client Flow
  • TRF Cloud Folder Flow
  • Settings Flow

 

The six types of users will utilize flows as follows:

  1. Tattoo clients will use the New and Returning Client Flows.
  2. Tattoo artists will use the Artist Notes Pane, Returning Client, Save For Later, and Main Menu Flows.
  3. Client-facing studio staff, such as front-desk help, will assist the connection between client and artist by using the Main Menu, New Client, Artist Notes Pane, Save for Later, and Returning Client Flows.
  4. Studio management will access all app flows, but they will primarily need to access the Initial Setup, Main Menu, and TRF Settings Flows.
  5. Health departments may need the TRF Cloud Folder Flow to view your waivers. Studio management can demo the other flows if required.
  6. Legal teams may need to view your waivers using the TRF Cloud Folder Flow. Studio management can demonstrate the other flows if necessary.
