Unsubscribing on Your iPad (or other Apple Devices):
These steps apply to managing subscriptions through the Apple App Store.

Open the Settings App: Locate and tap the "Settings" app icon on your iPad's Home Screen.

Tap Your Name/Apple ID: At the top of the Settings menu, you'll see your name and Apple ID profile picture (if you have one set). Tap on it.

Select "Subscriptions": On the Apple ID screen, look for and tap the "Subscriptions" option. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID password or use Face ID/Touch ID to proceed.

Find Your TRF Subscription: Scroll through your active and expired subscriptions list until you find "TRF app." Tap on it.

Tap "Cancel Subscription": On the subscription details screen for TRF, you will see a "Cancel Subscription" button (or similar wording). Tap this button.

Confirm Cancellation: A confirmation prompt will appear, asking if you're sure you want to cancel. Tap "Confirm" (or the equivalent) to proceed with the cancellation.

Check Cancellation Status (Optional): After canceling, you can return to the "TRF app" subscription details screen to verify that it now shows an expiration date or indicates that it will not renew.
Unsubscribing from the Web (via a Browser):
You can also manage your Apple subscriptions through a web browser.

Go to the Apple Account Website: Open a web browser (on any device) and go to https://appleid.apple.com/.

Sign In: Enter your Apple ID email address and password to sign in. You may need to enter a two-factor authentication code if you have it enabled.

Navigate to "Subscriptions": In the Account section, look for and click on the "Subscriptions" option. It might be under a "Billing" or similar section.

Find Your TRF app Subscription: Scroll through your list of subscriptions and locate "TRF app." Click "Edit" next to it.

Click "Cancel Subscription": On the subscription details page for TRF app, you should see an option to "Cancel Subscription." Click on it.

Confirm Cancellation: A confirmation prompt will appear. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.
- Remember: Your subscription to TRF will continue until your current paid period ends.
Refunds from Apple: A summary
The primary way to request a refund from Apple for apps, subscriptions, or other media purchased through the App Store is via their "Report a Problem" website.
- Visit the Website: Go to Apple's dedicated refund request page.
- Sign In: Log in using the Apple ID associated with the purchase you want refunded.
- Initiate Request: Choose the option "Request a refund."
- Select Reason: Pick the reason why you are requesting the refund (e.g., accidental purchase, item doesn't work as expected, etc.).
- Choose Item: Select the specific app, subscription, or in-app purchase you want refunded from the list presented.
- Submit: Follow the prompts to submit your request.
Apple will review your request based on their refund policies. You will typically receive an update via email within 48 hours, although it can sometimes take longer. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at Apple's discretion.
Important Note on Subscriptions: Requesting a refund for a subscription does not automatically cancel it. You should also manage and cancel any unwanted subscriptions separately to prevent future charges.
