Initial Setup Flow: Setting up TRF after download
This app is intended for setup by the party with majority ownership and liability for the studio. TRF generates waivers to the highest business and legal compliance standards, so accuracy is essential.
TRF requires minimum information to set up, but we suggest you complete the setup thoroughly and accurately to increase compliance with your health department and local laws. The information entered here will populate the final waivers made by TRF, which you may someday need should a legal or compliance issue arise.
To make setup easy, we suggest gathering specific information before you begin. For more, see Settings Flow>Studio Tab.
The minimum information required for set up is:
- Studio name, both popular and legal
- At least one artist's name
- At least one cloud service enabled and linked
USE U.S ADDRESS FORMAT option
Your legal waivers and your postal service require accurate studio addresses. TRF is ready to adapt to your US or non-US postal address formats for your region. Check or uncheck this option; TRF will offer alternative formatting options for entering your non-US studio address.
MOST CLIENTS ARE US CITIZENS option
This question relates to the address format of most of your clients. If you are a studio in Barcelona, you’ll want your Spanish neighbors (most of your clients) to enter addresses in the address format of their region, not the default US format.
Each client can check or uncheck this option, overriding this setting, so that most of your clients are covered.Artist List
Correctly spell all artist's legal names. Nicknames are not advised, as this app will generate a legal document you may later need.
