Initial setup of TRF app is quick and easy, especially if you are prepared with some basic information about your studio, cloud, and health codes.
Clients make their own waivers with TRF app without needing help from studio staff. The client steps up to the iPad, photographs her ID, and is led by the app through a smooth-flowing info-gathering interface.
The Artist Notes Pane in TRF app is where the tattoo artist checks client inputs for accuracy and health information, lists the pigments and gear used in the tattoo process, adds personal notes about the session, and attaches images of pertinent documents or designs.
For returning clients who will work on the same tattoo over multiple sessions, TRF fast-tracks each subsequent waiver submission to a sub-ten-second experience with a new date. Same tattoo, almost-same waiver. Too easy.
In the making of a TRF waiver, both client and artists add data. Between client and artist inputs, the waiver can be paused by tapping SAVE FOR LATER. This feature sets the unfinished waiver aside to be completed later, and resets the app for the next client.
The TRF Main Menu give access the primary setup and maintenance of the app, including settings, knowledge base and support, subscriptions, and our privacy policy.
TRF app Settings are arranged into an intuitive flow based on the feedback of thousands of studios across the globe. While TRF is feature-rich, you'd never know it by looking under the hood. Naturally, we think like artists, so non-techy thinking is how we organize TRF Settings.
TRF app-made waivers are easily stored, searched, downloaded, or shared PDFs. The TRF Cloud Folder Flow lives on your cloud and is how you share waiver information with health departments and legal teams.
