Using the Save For Later Feature

TRF app builds a waiver based on data from the client and the artist. The clients add their data first, and then the artist adds their notes. The SAVE FOR LATER feature allows studio staff to pause the progress of a waiver after a client has completed their part.

The waiver can be paused between client and artist inputs by tapping SAVE FOR LATER. This feature sets the unfinished waiver aside and resets the app for the next client.

Later, to recall an unfinished waiver, tap the RETURNING CLIENT button at the beginning of the app. A queue of SAVED FOR LATER waivers will be presented. Tap to choose and complete the incomplete waiver. The waivers remain SAVED FOR LATER until completed.

This feature is specially designed for--and loved by!--big studios with multiple iPads and booming lobbies full of eager clients.

 

The Save for Later Client Experience

Noon: ACME Tattoo Studio opens
Three walk-ins arrive craving small tattoos. Each client uses and enjoys TRF app. After entering their data, as the app instructs, each client calls for studio staff to take over.

As each client finishes her part of the waiver, front desk staff enters the passcode to the ARTIST NOTES PANE and taps SAVE FOR LATER. The client is seated to wait for their artist, and front desk staff helps the next client. Ultimately, three waivers are now SAVED FOR LATER.

1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm:
The three walk-in clients are tattooed. For each, the artist opens TRF app, recalls their incomplete waiver, reads the ‘Client Health Considerations’ (so as not to miss critical health information provided by the client), and adds relevant details in the ARTIST NOTES PANE.
By tapping OPTIONS, an artist can preview the waiver before uploading, make changes, and add Supporting Documents.
Finally, the artist signs and uploads each waiver to the studio cloud.

5 pm
All tattoos are completed!

10 pm
The studio owner, who is on vacation, checks the studio cloud from her phone, views three beautifully clear and detailed waivers, and sleeps well that night, knowing all is well in tattoo health and legal compliance.
